Welcome to Hidden Gem! My name is Gemma Richardson. I have been working in the beauty industry for over 18 years. In that time, I have worked with many beauty product houses and have received training by some of the biggest spa & salon brands. I've held senior beauty management positions where I was responsible for developing new treatments. I am proud to say I have now created my very own 'sanctuary' in the heart of Brightlingsea. I have a passion for organic and ethically sourced products that are kind and gentle to the skin.
